Gruzzolo

Gruzzolo turns saving into an honest game: it rewards only money you actually set aside and keep there. The interface is available in English and Italian. How it works • Pick a goal and a regular commitment, weekly or monthly. • Log deposits by hand, or import your bank statement. • The commitment is net of withdrawals: depositing and taking it straight back does not count. • Each period you hit extends your streak. A joker covers one missed period. Rewards • 14 collectible medals, each in bronze, silver and gold. • Three new missions every period. • Levels, personal records and one medal to keep on display. • No random rewards: everything depends on what you do. Spending • Reads the N26 PDF statement (Italian-language statements) and the Revolut CSV export. • Shows categories, merchants, recurring subscriptions and where you can act. • Monthly caps per category: what is left under a cap can be moved to savings. Privacy • The app does not request the Internet permission: it cannot send anything. • Files are read on the phone. Only the transactions are stored, without IBANs. • No ads, no tracking, no account. • Backup to a file you choose. What it does not do Gruzzolo does not move money and does not connect to your bank. It is not affiliated with N26 or Revolut.
