GymMane

GymMane is a strength log built for the gym floor, not for a dashboard. Tap the muscles you want to train on an interactive body map, log reps and weight set by set, rest with an alarm that actually gets your attention, and read progress that comes from your own sets. Dark, fast, and completely offline. Yours, completely. No account, no ads, no subscription — and no Android INTERNET permission at all, so the app physically cannot send your training anywhere. 🏋️ TRAINING • Interactive body map, front and back — tap what you want to train • A session picked for you, then edited set by set • Reps, weight and a rest timer with your own alarm sound • Set types — warm-up, working, drop set, to failure — and the plates per side worked out while you load the bar • A live session survives a reboot — carry on where you left off • Routines you can group, reorder and schedule per weekday, several a day if you like • Warm-up and cardio sessions, and a next step when an exercise gets easy • Places — say what kit you have at home, at the gym or in the park and you only get offered what you can actually do there 📊 PROGRESS • Volume, streak, weekly goal ring and personal records, all from your own sets • GitHub-style activity heatmap with per-day detail • Strength curves with estimated 1RM per exercise • Muscle split across the last 30 days • Progress photo timeline — front, side and back, with a before-and-after view and a reminder when the next one is due • Rather not photograph yourself? The same timeline drawn as a muscle map, built from your own sets • Bodyweight and ten body measurements, each with its own history and curve • A share card you can post — streak, muscles worked or your before/after 📚 EXERCISES & TOOLS • 500+ exercises with animations and step-by-step instructions • Search, filters by muscle, equipment and level, favourites and your own exercises • Swap the art of any exercise for your own photo, GIF or video • A training journal on a calendar — notes tagged as note, plan, win or niggle, with photos and video • Six calculators — 1RM, plates, BMI, calories & macros, body fat, warm-up • Five home-screen widgets — today, this week, activity, stats and muscle map 💾 YOUR DATA • Export to CSV or a full ZIP backup — your data plus the media you uploaded — and import it back • Import your history from Hevy, Strong, Lyfta, FitNotes or openGym — workouts and bodyweight • Export a workout to Strava as a .fit file • Delete everything in one tap • Dark and light themes, kg or lb, and 17 languages 🔒 PRIVACY GymMane has no analytics, no advertising SDK and no network code. It never asks for the INTERNET permission, so there is no way for your data to leave the phone. The only outbound actions are links you tap yourself. The permissions it does ask for, and why: notifications and exact alarms for the rest timer, vibration so the alarm buzzes and wake lock so it fires with the screen off.
